Work is the raison d’être of Grafix.
We have always strived to work with respect for the process and every individual involved in it. Business should be conducted in accordance with the highest standards of decency, respecting the ethical principles that humanity has recognized and developed over the centuries. We dream of a form of modern capitalism with strong roots in ancient values, where profit is generated without harming or offending anyone, and where a portion is set aside for initiatives that can truly make a difference in people’s lives and in the community we live in – supporting education, religion and the preservation of cultural heritage.
We believe in a humanist enterprise. We believe in a company built for people, guided by respect for people and their need to organize and connect their work. For 25 years, we have been working towards making Grafix an organization in which everyone is motivated to contribute, an organization that inspires people to fulfil their potential through work. Work that upholds human dignity and brings the emotional satisfaction that comes with it.
Our ambition is for the common good to be the driving force behind all activities within our organization. When it is truly the common good, it must always serve as the guiding force behind thoughtful and courageous action.
Years of experience have taught us simplicity. We work hard to lead balanced, normal lives, putting in a fair number of working hours because we want to rediscover the value in everything.
Our values are: Knowledge, Skills, Comptence, Leading by example, Personal development, Commitment to finding solutions, Cost awaraness
Convinced that a calm and pleasant environment fosters creativity and builds a community in which employees share the same values, Grafix created a modern facility as a space for developing ideas. We believe that the sense of spiritual togetherness is a measure of an organization’s strength. Every square metre is dedicated to the creative exploration of graphics, serving as a laboratory for experimentation and innovation. Our offices and production facilities are housed within an open industrial space. Connectivity, accessibility and transparency are expressed in their purest form through glass walls, raw finishes, graphic design elements and wooden furniture.
The simplicity and beauty of this place, reflected in its aesthetic, stem from the clarity of our goals, shaped by 25 years of dedication to aesthetics, science and.The space radiates a profound sense of harmony and tranquillity because it embodies the spirit of every experience that has changed us. Everyone who works with us is part of the company’s life, regardless of their role. Everyone understands that their work is an essential part of the bigger picture. Our quality is the result of the individual quality of every employee. By combining traditional and modern goals with human needs, the company has developed an innovative approach and become a model of a modern economy.
Over time, our workforce grew, but change became increasingly frequent as well.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with a greater number of companies than perhaps any other provider in this part of the world. Few businesses have never needed one of our products or services at some point. The impressive quality and sheer number of clients in our portfolio have made listing them almost pointless: the font size required to fit their names onto a single A4 page would be virtually unreadable. Our work has therefore evolved into the continuous building of our own name – our brand – as a synonym for the business we are in and know inside out. Our approach has remained unchanged for years: provide solutions, meet clients’ needs through high-quality, prompt service and keep communication simple
At Grafix, we have only had years worth remembering. We have successfully avoided years of stagnation or years that simply slipped away.
We have learned not to watch the years go by, but to shape them. Our years of work and professionalism speak a clear and precise language. We have accumulated figures worthy of a Ripley’s Believe It or Not! record: more than 15,000 clients, 220,000 projects and 3.5 million square metres printed. To some, these may be just interesting statistics. To us, they are an axiom of success
A 25-year perspective finally allows us to see the bigger picture. And yet, we are still only a small part of the wider world of human endeavour – one of those professions people describe when they meet you by saying: “You really do work in a wonderful industry.”And the truth is, we do! After 25 years in business, we can finally stop listing everything we have accomplished.
The company’s name, which is in fact our signature, has become a synonym for what we do.
We endure, finding inspiration and strength within ourselves and in work itself – our “reason for being.”
