The project included the production of:

- Preserve the brand’s distinctive identity
- Achieve high visual quality for the illuminated elements
- Ensure a durable, stable structure that allows for easy maintenance
Challenge
The Ariya Aesthetics signage elements feature a distinctive form defined by the typographic characteristics of the selected typeface:
- A unique, elegant typeface with pronounced variations in stroke thickness
- Precise structural execution of complex letterforms
- Consistency across all lettering and branding elements
- High-quality finishing and attention to detail, particularly important for a setting where aesthetics are a priority
Additional challenges included:
- Selecting the appropriate technology for the specific typographic design

Conventional manufacturing methods would have required:
- Multiple production stages and less precise manual fabrication
- Potential limitations in reproducing the specified design at the required dimensions
- More complex assembly due to less precise manufacturing techniques

Solution
Industrial 3D printing was used to manufacture the advertising letters from high-quality materials resistant to weather conditions.
This approach made it possible to:

✔ Reduced the number of joints by manufacturing each letter as a single piece
